Where we ship
KingKits accepts eligible United States orders through supported checkout destinations. Available destinations and shipping methods are shown during checkout.
Shipping charges
Add a full KingKit. Your entire order ships free. Include at least one full maintenance KingKit for free standard ground on the entire eligible order, including extra filters and merchandise. CCV and transmission service kits do not unlock this offer on their own; they ship free when added to a full KingKit. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $200.00 or more after discounts also receive free standard ground shipping. Kits and merchandise count toward this subtotal; tax and shipping do not. Automatic standard ground shipping is limited to approved products and contiguous-US destinations. Alaska and Hawaii require a shipping quote. Without a full KingKit, orders below that threshold retain the applicable consolidated shipping charge. Individual-filter shipping uses the largest applicable package class: small $9.99, standard $14.99, or large $19.99. Charges are not stacked per filter. Oversized, non-standard or unclassified products require separate shipping confirmation. Available destinations and final shipping are confirmed before payment.
Stocked and sourced products
Some products are physically stocked; other approved products are sourced after you order. “Available to Order” does not necessarily mean physically in stock. Check the product and checkout notes for your selected items.
Processing and delivery estimates
Contact KingKits before ordering if you need delivery by a particular date. Special-order fulfillment and delivery timing depend on actual supplier availability, sourcing and order verification. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees unless KingKits expressly states otherwise. Carrier, weather and network delays may occur after an order leaves KingKits.
Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable shipping address. Contact KingKits as quickly as possible if an address needs to be corrected. Changes may not be possible after fulfillment begins.
Split, delayed or damaged shipments
KingKits contacts you if a meaningful fulfillment delay occurs, an order requires separate shipments or an item becomes unavailable. If a shipment arrives damaged, incomplete or appears lost, keep the packaging when practical and contact KingKits promptly so the order can be investigated with the carrier.
