1. Who we are
KingKits is operated by KingKits Limited Company, a Wyoming limited liability company. This policy applies to shopkingkits.com and the KingKits customer account, Garage and ordering experience.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use KingKits, we may collect your name, email address, optional phone number, account information, shipping and billing contact details, saved vehicle information, VIN or configuration details you provide, mileage and engine hours, service history, kit requests, order history and support messages. Payments are processed by Stripe; KingKits does not store your full payment-card number. Supabase handles customer authentication and account sessions.
For website and advertising measurement, we may also collect pages visited, device/browser information, interaction events, referral and campaign information, browser/client and session identifiers, and advertising click identifiers such as GCLID, WBRAID and GBRAID.
3. How we use information
We use information to operate accounts, save Garage vehicles, review and verify fitment, manage kit requests, provide service history and reminders, fulfill orders, send transactional messages, respond to support requests, protect the website and comply with applicable law. Optional measurement helps us understand website use and which ads lead to saved kit requests, account creation, account verification or purchases.
4. Service providers and measurement partners
KingKits uses Supabase for authentication and database services, Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email, Railway for hosting and Cloudflare for DNS, security and content delivery. We also use Google Analytics and Google Ads, and Meta and TikTok pixels, for website and advertising measurement.
Google and other measurement partners may associate interaction and conversion information with visits, cookies or advertising identifiers to measure advertising results, subject to applicable privacy choices and their own privacy practices. 5. Sharing of information
KingKits does not sell personal information for money. We share information with providers that help operate the business, carriers and fulfillment partners as needed to complete orders, when legally required, or as part of a lawful business transfer. Disclosure of online identifiers to advertising partners may be considered sharing or targeted advertising under some privacy laws. You can turn off optional measurement below.
6. Cookies, analytics and server conversion measurement
Essential cookies and browser storage support account sessions, cart operation, security and your privacy choice. Optional analytics and advertising tools use cookies and identifiers to measure visits and results. A saved kit request or a successfully created or verified account may also be measured from our server using a pseudonymous event identifier and, when available, the visitor's existing Google Analytics client/session identifiers and campaign or click information. This associates a completed action with the relevant visit instead of counting an unsuccessful form attempt.
We do not send customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, VINs, passwords or free-form kit-request details to Google Analytics. Customer contact and truck information remains in the systems needed to provide the requested service.
7. Your measurement choices
Use these controls to turn optional analytics and advertising measurement off or on in this browser. The site will reload to apply your choice. Requests, accounts and checkout remain available when measurement is off. We also turn optional measurement off when this browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. Your choice is browser-specific; clearing storage or switching devices may require choosing again. Previously collected information is not automatically erased.

8. Privacy rights, retention and security
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your information; object to or restrict processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of sharing or targeted advertising. Contact [email protected] to exercise these rights or ask us to review a decision. We may need to verify your request and may retain records required or permitted by law. You may also contact your applicable privacy regulator.
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including account, order, tax, fraud-prevention and support records. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
KingKits is not directed to children under 13 and is intended for customers purchasing or managing vehicle-maintenance products.
Reviews and feedback
Feedback is collected privately for service improvement and follow-up. An optional email address and order association are visible only to authorized KingKits staff. Public display requires your explicit permission and moderation. Only your rating, review, approved display name, submission date and substantiated purchase badge may appear publicly; contact details, order numbers and VINs are not published. Contact KingKits to request a correction or removal.
